Every floorplan is pre-plumbed for outbound drains for a full bathroom, even if they only added a ½ bathroom. If you are looking at a unit without a bathroom, the general cost for having a contractor come in and complete a bathroom has been running at around $4,500.

Additional Bedrooms_________________

A game room was standard on all floorplans but some residents opted for an additional bedroom.
