This a reminder that the HOA annual meeting will be held at the community clubhouse on Tuesday, February 27, 2007. Official sign-in is mandatory and will begin at 7:45 p.m.
This a reminder that the HOA annual meeting will be held at the community clubhouse on Tuesday, February 27, 2007. Official sign-in is mandatory and will begin at 7:45 p.m.
The main purpose for the annual meeting is to hold elections for new Board members. If you cannot make the meeting please fill out the attached proxy ballot. The completed ballot may either be faxed to Homeside Properties at 678-297-9491 or you may drop it in the Key Drop box at the clubhouse. (When facing the clubhouse front door, the Key Drop box is mounted on the sidewall on the right-hand side.) In order to transition quickly to the new Board members, please complete this ballot by Tuesday’s meeting.
